Emerald Lake Lodge offers three on-site dining venues, including the Mount Burgess Dining Room, which was named Best Food in the Americas by Condé Nast Traveler's Gold List. The Kicking Horse Lounge serves dinner, lunch, and cocktails in a relaxed setting. Cilantro on the Lake, open seasonally, provides a lakeside dining option for guests.

Rooms

Each guest room sits in cabin-style buildings with private entrances, wood-burning fireplaces, and a private balcony overlooking the lake. The lodge promotes an electronics-lite environment - no televisions in rooms, and Wi-Fi is available only in the main lodge and clubhouse. The historic property features hand-hewn timber and stone fireplaces throughout the common areas.

Location & Activities

The lodge is located inside Yoho National Park, with direct access to Emerald Lake and a 5 km trail that circles the water. Guests can use the on-site canoeing, fishing, hiking, and skiing equipment, or enjoy billiards and board games in the games room. A free 24-hour shuttle transports guests between the parking lot and the lodge.
